Construction Updates

Just in time for Valentine’s day, we can confirm that construction will begin on this highly anticipated project. As the site work gets rolling in mid-February, we will begin welcoming prospective owners to the on-site sales office, where we’ll work with you on reserving the perfect location/floorplan and selecting your fits and finishes.

We are thrilled to announce that construction will begin on the condos at 246 Eastern Prom in late January to early February 2025. The exact date and groundbreaking event details will be released in the following days, so be sure to check back for updates.
